Fault codes P006A & P00BE
About a week ago whilst driving my 2013 discovery 4 SDV6 with 72k miles, I got my first dreaded Restricted Performance message at around 50mph. I took the car home and parked it up then ran a scan with my OBDII tool and got the codes P006A & P00BE. These relate to MAP correlation and MAF (B) low input. Has anyone else came across these two codes?
I have changed the MAF but to no avail. One other point to mention is that my wife ran the car quite low on fuel to the point where the engine had a sort of hiccup on idle, but after a trip to the petrol station for a Can full of diesel this went away.
I have been reading some horror stories about cracked inlet manifolds etc. but haven't came across any posts from people who have had both of these fault codes together. If anyone can point me in the right direction on what to check/clean/test/inspect etc.
I am quite technical minded and will always try to fix myself before going to the Dealers with any issues with my vehicles
Thanks in advance for any comments

Right had a bit more of a look and there doesn't seem to be any cracks or splits in the inlet manifolds. I have taken the turbo air recirculation bypass valve off and there was some oil in it but not clogged up so refitted it. I also removed the top of the air box and when running idle there was only suction through the maf closest to the headlight and nothing through the other maf so this explains the P00BE fault code so now I need to trace the P006A.
Does anyone have any ideas, with the latest description of only having suction through one maf?
