My new '06 Discovery 3 - model?

Just got this '06 manual TDV6 in Buckingham Blue, changed the grille and added light guards and some Exmoor seat covers already. Not planning much more mods wise, although tempted by Prospeed website.

I'm not sure what model it is - seems pretty basic but does have air suspension and harmon kardon audio, no steering wheel buttons, 5 cloth seats, no fog lamps. Think it's an 'S'? Follows a Freelander 2 (great) and Discovery Sport auto (horrid). So far, very pleased with it.

Have got it booked into a local specialist for timing belt, brake service, oil & filters change, gearbox / transfer box oil change but they said not to bother with the fuel pump belt, as they never fail, which surprises me a bit. Hadn't heard about the oil pump issue, which years are affected?

Any sage advice very welcome!

Spec is "base 5 seat" model one down from the S of that time I'm afraid, looks to have been retro fitted with later 18" XS alloys Thumbs Up

Thanks for your reply, good news about the oil pump and I'm glad to know which model it is - I will trawl the site to see how easy fitting some of the upgrades for things like fog lamps and heated seats are.

(It's already got D4 rear lights as well).
