Standing on rear bumper?

Hi, it looks as if it meant to be able to hold some weight but not sure.

Can you actually stand on these without damaging?

I've seen loads of peeps standing on the bumper but to load roof racks, usually hanging on to the ladder. Never seen any problems.

I'm the wrong side of 14 stone by a few Kgs or a good few Lbs Whistle and regularly stand on the rear bumper to pack in extra into the bins.
