high frequency noise under load and hot engine

I have Trouble with my 3.0L engine: when the engine reaches ist temperature and the car is driven under load (steep road etc) there occurs a quite loud noise ("singing" nosie similar to a worn out bearing ), located at the left side of the engine. It can be reproduced when stopping the car, but just for app. 2min, it seems that when the engine cools down a Little bit, the noise disapears. I changed both Turbos 3k km ago, took original Garret TC; any ideas what this could be? thx

Possible exhaust/turbo gasket or one of the belt pulleys or tensioners on the way out.
