Well I'm moving on from my D4 in two weeks time and saying good bye to the LR brand.
So good bye to you all and the forum.

A mate of mine has just done exactly the same. D4 to R design. £200 month cheaper than equivalent D5. Be interested on how you get on Today is the oldest you've been and the youngest you'll ever be again.

The cost per month is less, but not that great in my case. Have all the options: winter pack, xenium pack, park heater, security pack, air suspension etc. In fact list price was more than my HSE Luxury!!
I drove a couple before I decided and enjoyed the drive, albeit only 4 cylinders.

I think there will be a few that give it a try. It's a nice looking vehicle and tick some of the boxes that the D5 doesn't. If only they had a 6 cylinder to put in it I'm sure they could take a few more sales. Today is the oldest you've been and the youngest you'll ever be again.
