Hi,
I plan to show the Disco some love this weekend and change these parts. The black smoke's getting embarrassing... I will be using a self service garage where the price includes use of a ramp. Will this help me save time? I ask because I want to book the Disco into a garage for end of day for alignment & aircon regas.
I do have ran removal tools from AF

I don't think I would use a ramp for that job 
I would get the car to off road height.
Put axel stands on the beam near the front doors
I assume you need to remove the grill and headlights.
Spray loads of bolts on the torox to remove the slam panel at the top ?
And bumper off I guess
I wouldn't start it at a hired garage.
and wouldn't be confident booking aircon for the same day.
