Remove rear bumper

I need to pop my rear parking sensor back in place. It doesn't need a replacement just a re-fixing. They have advised that the labour for this would be £145 because it requires the rear bumper to be removed. I am looking for any instructions on how to do this or videos, but can only find disco 3 ones. Does anyone know of any I can refer to please?

Cheers

If it's an outer sensor, you can reach up and refit it without removing the bumper.

I tried to reach up and pop back in but couldn't manage it, the gap was too small. I've decided after a bit of research to book it in with land rover, it needs a few other bits looking at as well so I'm going to do it as a job lot.

Cheers for the replies.
