You can order the standard Y most cable and just disconnect the connector pins at one end and re-arrange the existing pins.
Or wiggs sells (or used to) most cables with the plug and play end.

On the MOST cable, think of it like a hosepipe, flowing in one direction. On the connectors you have an in Andy an out.
The out from one needs to go to the In of the next.
