They would need to understand the finer points of the Discoverys suspension and settings to manage to achieve that without a steering angle sensor recalibration and that relies too heavily on luck.
Reset the steering angle sensor AFTER the alignment to be certain. Mods:

Getting alignment carried out in morning. Slightly of subject, the disco was away for 2 weeks and I had small car on hire (Clio) don't know if allowed to name car? I was amazed by amount of fuel this wee car went through compared to disco. I continually hit my head getting in, my knees fouls steering wheel, I couldn't switch head lights off, water was leaking in and condensation streamed down windows, best bit was brakes squeeled, pulled to left worse under braking, loud knock on left front. Dangerous when pulling out at junction, no traction, wheel spin! Glad to get back to discovery for all the cost etc!

You are correct on the hire car which I should have returned but due to me only using it to local supermarket etc I kept it, although I advised them of faults when returning it. Answer, well they are hire cars! Update on tracking, left disco at opening time yesterday with company as arranged. I was driven back home by them. They contacted me about 4.30pm to say they had been working on it for several hours that they had never before seen a vehicle in such a state that the 4 wheels were no where near anything like the settings. The adjustment nuts were seized and the had to do multiple roll backs on machine. I was charged for extra labour which is totally understandable and acceptable. It now handles correctly and feels nice. They also advised that a flexible brake pipe was twisted in incorrect orientation. Ill upload picture of computer readout next.

Since getting work done and back on road there is clicking noise at front which can only be heard when going very slow over rough uneven surface, the click can come from either front wheel area, nothing felt on steering at all or foot brake. Clicking goes away on good surface and not heard normal driving. Hasn't got worse since going back on road. Back to garage after couple days and they commented might be drop link/links need tightened. Feels as though something loose and needs nipping up, any thoughts ideas please?
