| Lost Comms with Engine Control Module. Dashboard XMAS lights |

Well I had a good start to the morning.
Left my house and about 100 meters down the road I got a transmission error message followed by the dash board lighting up like an xmas tree. e.g ! DSC, Suspension and eventually (P)
Fearing the alternator I limped back home, and plugged the IID in and got 14.8V.
I read the codes and the unusual ones were:
PARK BRAKE U0100-87 (eb) Lost communication with Engine Control Module / Power train A
DYNAMIC U0401-68 (OB) Invalid Data
I cleared the codes, and suspension raised a little (which was unexpected) and most of the lights went off. I shut the car down, restarted (no faults) and drove to work.
Any idea’s ?

Read the codes when I got back from work. (had no issues)
Had a P140E-00 2F EGR C position sensor fault.
Not seen that before. EGR's are blanked.
