D4 Front Seat Bolt Cover Removal
Can anyone tell me how to remove the plastic Front Seat Bolt Covers? Specifically the rear ones next to the centre console. I've tried trim removal tools and brute force but fear I may break them.
I've managed to drop a number of things that have all seemingly disappeared into this junk trap.... who knows what I may find!

The plastic trim pops up, held on by metal clips. Once that's off, T50 (or is it 40) bolts undo.Bodsys Brake Bible

Thanks Bodsy,
Just tried again and it won't budge, even with some less than "gentle persuasion" from a trim tool.

I took them up some time ago "gentle persuasion" doesn't work
SBIF is required. I got a screwdriver under it to leaver it up. Well past the point where I thought I'd break it.

Here's a pic of the pesky part.
Just tried again with the help of a screwdriver levering from the base. Plastic made an awful creak on the verge of breaking but no movement at all.
