I'm getting engine system fault when I start my car, only code it P132B-00, which is the turbo actuator, I've tried to free it off but nearest the wheel it's very stiff and doesn't get any easier, soon as you push it back past 12 o clock position its nice and free, is it just a case of carrying on trying get it nice and free?

The problem is inside the turbo.
Which is why I said use a fuel additive to clean it from the inside.

The wynns vvt cleaner really worked for me. I put it in the strongest mix, from memory that was one bottle for 40l of fuel.

The early models don't.
How did you free it ?
If you prod it with a screw driver with the ignition on, it should move it back. Give you comfort its working.
Don't trap your fingers though!

I freed it off as per guide on here, the arm just stays in the same position, it doesn't seem to move, I'm getting code P0048-00, turbo boost control solenoid circuit high

That’s not good.
No there isn’t a fuse that I know off
It could be a wiring fault.
If it’s the motor,‘I don’t thing it’s available separately. And difficult / impossible to change.
