Have they apologised yet?
We have a similar ongoing matter(s) for the last 10 years plus......
Just when we think we are making progress we end up going two steps back.....
The concept of black and white has missed out on neighbours.
Talking to friends and colleagues it is unusual to find anyone without similar neighbour problems......
Have you seen the Penguin book on Neighbours?
I love the concept of 'trespass by blossom' detailed in there.
Well done and hope it is soon over for you and your neighbour.
