Just been looking at the CCF with my relatively new IIDBT .

I found that the brake pad wear indicator and coolant low level indicator were disabled. Why would these useful indicators be disabled? From Factory? Richard

They are not disabled.

Can the CCF not actually control these things?

How many of the functions don't actually have control? Richard
