Tyres, which ones, choices, choices

So I will soon be needing to replace tyres on my D3. I have 19's and since owning I have had PZero's and found them very good.

However I can see that Avon do ZX7 XL which beats the Pirelli on Rolling Resistance and also Wet Grip/Braking as per the new tyre label guides. Confused

Anyone had experience of the Avons, price difference is minimal so not worried on the ££, oh and I mainly use the D3 on the motorway or towing, so off road grip is not so much an issue for me. Also a southerner so snow again isn't usually a major issue Smile

I am sure lots of views and comments on this subject Thumbs Up

The EU tyre labels are a waste of time. The manufacturers test them themselves against their own reference tyre so you can't really compare between manufacturers. Which is rather pointless really. Visiting from rrsport.co.uk
