Don't think you need any proof of id, see them on eBay a lot if you know which one you need, they are lettered A-N or something like that. If not dealer will have a full set and its a case of trying each one until you find the one that fits. Then take them off, replace with standard nuts and throw them away.

Good advice.
Standard nuts available at a good price from forum sponsors Advanced Factors - order now & you will have them tomorrow.

I agree about replacing them with standard, however you will need the locking key to get them off. Best bet is to phone local dealer and see if they have a complete set to try - I had to try 3 dealers before I found one that had a complete set. I then 'borrowed' the key for 10 mins to undo all 4 lock nuts and replace them with the new set I had bought. I seem to remember that they were not that expensive, but look on the Advanced Factors site and see. Discovery 4 SDV6 HSE '65 - Projects in planning phase!

They cost £10 on ebay I had to get one last week but you will need to know the code from it ie. A, B, C, D
I had the old one which was cracked so I was ok that way... Just ordered an E to fit got 3 off no problem and 4 hours to get the last one off as the head had split on the nut and it was jus spinning safe to say 4 standard bolts now fitted Also £12 for 5 on ebay...
