car will not start

trying to sort out starting issue
found these codes today
u0138 terrain module lost commucation
p1623 immobiliser write falure
want does this mean
any one have any ideas the car ignition lights up but will not turn over Big Cry Big Cry

i do have another key fob ready cut but it has not been programmed yet had my 1st key checked by an auto locksmith said battery & immobiliser was all working ok
just thought it might be some thing else as the engine has just been rebuilt again don't now if I've done any think wrong when put back together

p1623 immobiliser write failure that is the problem google search it you can discount the other one Thumbs Up Discovery 3 se gone

Thanks had a quick look looking like its electric fault some were
Think it is above me need a good auto electric specialist
Can any one recommend
