reverse sensor question

I've replaced one of my reverse sensors that i thought was faulty, wasn't as it was just a broken wire now fixed.

When i put my car in reverse the reverse buzzer comes on continuous ??

Are these sensors just plug & play ?? Discovery 3 2007 HSE
