Just had a call from a mate to say there is an article in Auto Express about a bloke who had no end of faults and ended up rejecting his D3 and the new one is as bad - he reckons the furthest he has gone is 36 miles without a fault DS3 TDV6 HSE - Silver with Alpaca (old one) Gone

I subscribe to the AutoExpress mag and get it every Wednesday morning in the post - ends up being the longest breakfast of the week!

Reading between the lines this blokes car is on some form of finance. Whether it be LR's or other. So he has had more clout (from the finance company & the consumer credit act) to force the replacement.
Unfortunately those of us who have paid our hard earned cash have only the sale of goods act on our side.
I think the next one I buy will be on credit or leased so the problem then isn't mine (if there is a problem).
