help messed up my audio and amp ccf
hi gang, this afternoon used my iid tool to do a ccf restore ,now the stereo and nav screen switch off after a min or so and wont turn back on .
any ideas please ??
my iid is non Bluetooth
fault codes 1/+u1a03-62(2b) vehicle configuration parameter
2/+u2003-86(2b~) fiber optic communication bus
I haven't touched any wires or any thing just plugged in iid tool

Your IID tool would have saved your original file in its memory find it on the tool and restore it i think its the last option on the menu Discovery 3 se gone

i had the same prob all turned on ok but shut down after 30 seconds.tried hard reset didnt work.tried back up from iid tool all other settings appeared to have been saved except radio. manually went into audio settings basically set settings to digital and mutli play afraid i have thrown away my list but everything appears to work again. still dont understand why my original setting not saved on iid tool but dont panick if i can sort it anyone can.

Narpy it was the same as segrub said, a glitch with the iid not storing original ccf by looks of it very strange .

So you went into the radio settings and reset everything manually? Is this correct?

The IIDTool does a backup of the original CCF upon first connection of the tool. Any changes made prior to will of course be accounted for. This backup is recalled when in the Save/Restore menu. If there was an issue with the backup, please send me a mail and we shall look it up.http://www.gap-diagnostic.com/
