anyone used the leatherette seat covers from Auto leather co
I have been scouring the web for seat covers to cover my cloth based D3. I came accross a tailored 7 seat leatherette set with auto leather co for £165. They look pretty good. waiting for a sample swatch to arrive. Has anyone tried them please. Are they any good or do they look cheap and cheerful. In which case I will stick with the heavy duty covers I used on my D2.

Did anyone ever go with these??? I am looking at an XS and these look a great way of getting a very nice leather into the D3 without removing and replacing whole interior.
Used search function and this is only result that came back - is that an omen...

Have not used them in D3, But had them in my VW Camper, and they were spot on mate, really good fit, hard wearing, and looked the part.!

I take it they come with fitting instructions?

If I remember rightly, you can choose your colour, style, pattern, everything online. They are not a 5 minute job to fit, but easy enough. Some bits, you will think to yourself, that is not going to fit that, but it does, and that is what makes it look so good, the snug/tight fit, gives it the professional look.
For £200 ish, you get the look you want, as opposed to in excess of £2k, for the real thing....!Psycho by name, chilled by nature....!

Yeah I have just been playing with configurator - it's brilliant! If the purchase goes ahead I will definitely be ordering a set I think, looking in their gallery it looks almost OEM fit and finish!
