In my old D2 Td5 the internal fuse box had spare spaces were you could add connectors and pick up a live feed.

Is the same possible in the D3, I want to add a dash camera and hard wire it in Andy.

Piggy back fuses can be used though.

I see 2 fuses, 1 for the original circuit and 1 for the extra circuit..
