Dash Centre Speaker Grill Removal

How does the speaker grill under the centre of the windscreen come out?

Hungary 2005 Discovery 3 TDV6 S Auto Java BlackDiscovery 3

With the plastic wedge removel tool, you have to pry off from the base. It just sit on the top of the dashboard. LR D3 S Black, Auto TDV6

It's an absolute pain, well it was for me, I didn't know there was a tool for it?
