got a 63 plate d4 arriving pretty soon, would the newer type headlights, rear lights, black grille fit with no modifications?
Also seen some electrically operated seats, will they replace the cloth seats with no mods also?

Here's the summary IMO
Heated electric Leather seats no problem, to get the heated bit to work you need a settings update and switches in the dash (easy I've done it)
Rear lights straight swap
Front grill lights etc - the bumper is a different style so you'd need to change that.
If you didn't fancy that then it's a tight / loose fit for the MY14 lights
New grille - straight swap if you have the new lights
You can keep your current lights (the pre MY 14 lights are brighter) and just update to a powerful MY14 grille which is popular as it's just out
