Hey Guys,
Hope you all are doing better than I am at this stage?
My disco is giving me some real trouble for the first time in 4 years.
Now a while ago, standing at a traffic light or at low rpm's the Disco would give a 'shudder' for about a second or two. But this 'shudder' was irregular, it didn't have any rhythm to the 'shudder'. I started searching around on the net, but I have to be honest, didn't look all that hard.
This afternoon, after the Disco has been in the garage for a while, I started her up, and this 'shudder' has gotten even worse. When the Disco goes above 40-60 km/h the shudder goes away.
I took her up the road for a drive and she went into limp mode giving an error saying: 'limited engine performance'.
I took her home and noticed that when she is in neutral or park, the 'shudder' is a little less. But in drive or reverse it get worse.
Please could you guys point me in a direction closer to the problem?
I have done some reading and it varies, from the torque converter to the MAF sensor to the idle stepper motor?
Thanks guys, have a good one and enjoy!

Hey Guys,
Hope you are doing well?
I had a mate of mine do a diagnostic on the Disco....
As soon as he got in and put it into gear he told me it was the torque converter....
Just to confirm it he phoned a bud of his that is a Landy mechanical here.
Just to let you guys know.
Will let you know how it goes.
