Fault help

Hi all

I've not logged onto the site for many months.

On Thursday evening my D3 came up with transmission fault and displayed E instead of a gear, this was almost immediately followed by park brake fault and the yellow park brake symbol. Upon brakeing to a stop the engine revs raised slightly and the battery light illuminated briefly the feeling you'd get when a car is about to stall without the clutch depressed is the best I can describe it as. The clutch was however fully depressed. I drive the car on Friday evening and it was fine for about 10 miles before doing the same again.

This morning on my drive home from work all was again fine with no faults. I am talking the D3 to JAS Land Rovers on Monday my intention to leave it with them to try and diagnose a fault. I was just wondering in advance if that is it something anyone has already encountered and if so what caused it.

Cheers

Lee
