I will be watching this topic as I've got a few odyssey's, and fancy fitting them.

Hi,
I have a PC1500 that I have just asked about suitability, although the spec is ok it is about 2/3rds of the size of a standard battery and the poles are the wrong way around
But think they recommend the PC1700 as best option Transit! 2019

I just bought a PC1500 for the D2 and that got me thinking of the D3, I took out the old batt and sat the PC1500 in it's place but couldn't get the cables on as the poles on the wrong sides.
So it's a case of finding the cheapest place to buy a 1700. Dale

Thats cheating Moo, it's on the wrong side
But they do work well on the D2 even when it's on it's side that's what mine was on.
Will still keep it I case I want a second battery on board.

Odesesy batteries are a good manufacturer. However it's all down to battery choice some are fantastic for starting that have a high cca, others have lower cca but better AH these would typically would be used for leisure batteries. But they are a good reliable battery but for the price I belive there are better batteries out there for the money
