Removal of seat fixing plastic cover - how?

Hi.

Dropped something down the side of the passenger front seat and it's disappeared under the plastic cover shown.

Tried but cannot rake it out so need to remove the cover which is firmly fixed.

Can someone explain how to remove the cover without damaging it please?
