Phew,that was close.....
My car is due a service shortly,and I was dreading telling them there was nothing needing "looked at".....In my experience,this leads Dealers to view you with a degree of scepticism,suspicion and sometimes even downright disbelief and ridicule....
Anyway,with impeccable timing,and right on cue,I was welcomed by a loud alarm this morning (with the message on the screen below) accompanied by a total lack of parking sensors....
And just in case I was tempted to ignore it,my car developed a loud "pinging" under gently braking at low speeds.....
Imagine the enormous relief I felt on being able to report these while booking my car into TVLR this afternoon

You'd better get it uplifted by the AA
You'll never be able to drive it without the aforementioned sensors There is no such thing as bad weather, only the wrong clothes.

Mine is due for a service and the same warning came up on the satnav yesterday. It has been fine since.

Hmm...I smell a rat,and I can see the headlines now..

No the suprised they get upset if there's no faults to fix. Can only mean you've gone elsewhere and been unfailthful.
