13th October advise
Help
We need some advise. We are travelling through Spain on 13th October. I believe that this weekend is a holiday weekend in Spain. We need to stock up with beer before we get into Morocco. So the question is are the shops and supermarkets open on Saturday 13th In the Beginning there was nothing, which exploded.

Hi Andrew,
The actual holiday is Friday 12th (one week from today), so whilst a lot of people will be taking it as a long weekend, as far as I know the shops will be open on Saturday 13th.
If you're only worried about re-filling the boot up with beer rations though.....just go to a petrol station (or several) and raid the fridge....most service stations (even small'ish ones) sell beer, wine and cava etc.
Which direction are you heading through Spain? I guess you'll probably all be going straight down the AP-7 from France, through Catalunya and Valencia towards the south??
If you need any more info to plan your trip through Spain, let me know and I'll do my best ok?
