Almost sure I can get at mine without removing bumper, definitely middle ones, but can't remember if all 4 are the same or outside are different.
not sure i was lucky as mine was front outer so popped fog light out and it was easy never done the rear but im sure someone on here has and can adviseRange Rover Westminster 4.4 TDV8 what a car

I had to pull half the rear bumper off to reach one of my middle ones to change.
