Mine would appear to only have on horn fitted behind the grille. What's more, I can't see any empty bracket or disconnected socket or cable that would imply I actually have one missing.
So D3 honk - should it be two tone or one?  Not such a Disco Newbie now!

Its a two-tone honk!  One horn is readily visible on the front left (as viewed from the front with the grille off) the other is 'hidden' behind a support and at the side of the coolant bottle. Have a rake about, may even be a bad connection

It's embarrasing, my 54 Clio has a manly and loud horn, the D3 is feeble!!
I will also check the second one as I did not know where it was! Series 1 V8
