Anyone running 255/65r18 or 275/60r18 on an LR3?

After doing HOURS and HOURS of research on tires, I feel like these two sizes would be the best size options for my LR3. There doesn't seem to be any chance of rubbing if I drop to the bump stops, both are just about 31" (31.1" and 30.99") so they're slightly bigger than stock and should fill the wheel well a bit better with no modifications.

Is anyone running them? If so, which tires?

I think I've narrowed the tires down to two:
Nokian Hakkapeliitta R2 SUVs in 255/65r18 112 R XL (I'm running these in 255/55r18's now and they are ASTOUNDING in the snow!)
Yokohoma Geolander A/T-S in 275/60r18 112 H SL

I'm mostly going to be driving highway on these, with an off-road outing up to 3 times a year. There really isn't a whole lot of options available in these sizes though. The Geolander appears to be a little softer than I want (not XL rated) but the 112 load index makes me feel a bit more comfortable about it.

Any thoughts, otherwise?

All these are 31's"
Nitto makes a street tire in a 255 65 18 that's XL,
GY Wrangler Adventure with Kevlar 255 65 18, 51psi rated 2409
Michelin Defender LTX M/S 120/117R E in 255 65 18

Then there is also the Falken Wildpeak at3w XL 265 60 18 also good in snow.

Thanks Dave. I'm pretty set with my Nokians for the snow tires. I'm a bit more up in the air for the summer/highway/light-off-roading tires, with the geolanders looking like they might win. (I had them on a 2004 Ranger and they were decent).

What size(s) are you running?
