Yes they are, run them at slightly higher pressure. No complaints with them at all.

If you check the quoted product code 8714692150944 you'll see some websites have them rated as XL, e.g.

If they are XL available at that price it's a steal and worth waiting for. Mine will be past it this summer but I was thinking of next year anyway.

I'm pretty sure what makes the 4x4 labelled Vredesteins is that they are XL by default. Anyway, another site showing them as being XL:
