A tyre in 17 fit a rim in 17.
But i suppose you're thinking about the geniume LR rim.
Unfortunately, these are 17X7 and for a 35x12.5 you must have at least a 17X8.

and also the diameter of a 35X12.5 is 10cm larger than a 230X75.
You're gonna kill your arches
