Calibrating My Electronic Air Suspension

Hi.

As long have had my car pulling quite badly to the left and my new iid tool I thought maybe calibrating the air suspension would possibly solve the issue as maybe if the left wheel was down too much it caused the car to pull to the left.

A few days ago I plugged in the iid bt gap tool I have and used the how to guide to calibrate. Firstly I dont think it worked properly as my compressor has issues and at times pressing the up and foe on my device wouldn't cause the car to go up or down so I'd have to ten ignition off and restarts (also restarting my iPhone app).

I tied to get at best the values advised on the guide (466 & 485) if I remember correctly but I don't think I quite got it.

After reading through multiple threads about eas calibration I think I totally got it wrong and don't even understand what and why calibrating the eas is all about let alone it stopping the car to veer to the left (which it still does).

I also read adjusting values could seriously damage suspension parts over time or if adjusted incorrectly be dangerous when driving and possibly cause a fatality in the worst instant.

Now I'm baffled as to what I did when calibrating, if I've done something wrong and what I need to do to start again.

Also I wasn't sure which height/ride. Ode to put the car in when calibrating.

Can someone please advise on what step I should take next?

I'm soon to be replacing the compressor (or fix it if I can get help in a thread I posted on earlier regarding there is a leak on the orange and blue inlet tubes to the compressor).

In the mean time before I buy my compressor what should I do? Shall I just leave it or maybe take down the current values and give you guys them so you have an idea?

Help as always much appreciated.

Go into the IID app and restore your suspension. Your original settings are automatically backed up when you first plugged in your tool. Thumbs Up
