Enabling TV/DVD in CCF - how to?

Hi, I have been using the "hidden menu" for the last few years to display the caravan's rear camera on the Disco's build in screen. The camera is plugged into the TV/DVD plug.

RRS mode on the display is enabled via a toggle switch.

I would rather select it from a standard menu than going through the 753 route every time.

What changes do I need to enable in the CCF (with a Nanocom Evolution) so that it will show up on the Input screen in RRS mode?

Currently it display like this sans the TV/DVD option:

Or am I barking up the wrong tree?

Regards
