| [Wanted] Tow Bar 3/4 cycle carrier |

I'm after a 3 or 4 bike carrier that fits on the tow bar.
Must be tillable and come with a light board.

I've got a ( now surplus) Pendle 4 bike rack?
It has a built in number plate and lights. Unsure what you mean when you say tiilable tho?
