So looking at this what am I missing
Does this look to anyone else too good to be true.
Very low price with that milage. Worth looking at and what do you look for.

The owner is a nurse who has gone to Scandinavia to work, she/he has left it in the hands of a storage company to sell as it is cheaper to buy a left hand drive car over there than to have it shipped, the storage company will deliver it free to you and you can have it on trial for a week, if you are not satisfied with it they will collect it without charge and your payment will be fully refunded. I wasn't entirely ruling out that it was a genuine ad, the description text etc seem more genuine than many scams I've seen.
I was just suggesting asking for some photo evidence that the car is in their possession before making a trip to see it (if it exists!). It's not far from you (or me) so nothing to lose.2016 Skoda Octavia VRS Estate

The vehicle is now marked as Sold on that Kemp 4x4 website.

It was marked as sold when I posted the link (it was sold in 2019 IIRC).
The current owner may have purchased the vehicle from Kemp 4x4 and just decided to use the original photos in their eBay ad.
Or they may be a scammer who's lifted the photos from an old ad they found on the internet.2016 Skoda Octavia VRS Estate

If it sounds too good to be true then its most likely not true.
a top spec, low mileage 2016 Landmark D4 for £13k.... I would hire a JCB to do the digging before i was satisfied it was legit.2011 D4 XS 305 MY12 - gone but not forgotten

Obviously never seen the price of cars in Scandinavia
