Looking for 17 inch black steel rims

Hi guys,

I want to put black 17 inch steel rims from outback and cooper discoverer stt pro 265/70/17 on our disco d3.

Does anyone know where to get these rims from? Tried outback import in france but i need to be a dealer Sad. And what about the size I picked?

I would like to lift the beast but cut as less as possible :0

Discotravel, the 17" steel rims are available from Dynamic Wheels in Australia but these limit you to stay with the original brake calliper size.

This site lists both a 7 and 8 inch rim width but for your 265/65 profile I suspect you may need a minimum of 7.5" rim width to stay legal. However, if you did want to upgrade brakes (to V8, etc.) then the following link may be suitable as it refers to 18x8" wheels.

Whichever way you go the cost to import may be a deciding factor.

* second had a failure of the water outlet on top of the engine (pls check yours)

Was hoping for a nearby country Wink heart about outback import in france but they dont replay my emails. Love the 17 and wont be changing the brakes but thnx for the heads up.

This company may be is closer (they have UK and European stock) and their steel wheels appear to be available in 7x17 and 7.5x17" widths not sure about the PCD, etc. but worth a quick e-mail or call.
