Anyone tell me how you get cable out of the back plate have disconnected it inside but cannot work out how to get it through the back plate hole thanks in advance Matt

You need to keep playing with it to loosen it off, they get stuck in very tight, I have even had to cut the backplate to get some out. Overtime the plastic cable housing seems to swell and jam them in.
