Disco3 losing power at low speed

Hi
My disco 3 misbehave

Year make 2008 auto is losing power at speed of 30 to 80, rpm goes up and down

We changed gear box oil and transfer case oil and it started to behave like that

When the engine is cool say in the morning it behave properly but after few minutes it start to lose power especially at low speed and the Rpm goes down and up. On increasing the speed to say 80 you cannot feel it and the rpm does go down and up any more
On hills you can feel it as well

Anyone with the idea on this one

Tried to check Torque converter but still problem is there

Sounds like torque converter to me. Do a search on "judder" and review threads. TC issues can get worse after a fluid change if TC is too far gone. Also, update your profile on here as it will help when folk review your threads.
2005, TDV6 S, Auto, 190k miles, owned from new, V8 Brake Upgrade, Nancom Evo, RLD protector, BAS EGR blanking & Remap, separate ATF cooler, changing all the fluids ahead of time.
