Fuel filter replacement on D4
Hi - I would like to change the fuel filter on my D4. I've found plenty of posts on D3 fuel filter swaps. Can I assume it's the same process regarding the LP fuel system bleeding? The workshop manual does not explain how to do this.

Same as the later D3, and it self primes if you turn the ignition on (without starting the engine) for about 30 seconds (I did that a couple of times just to be sure).Previously:

As above, ignition on without starting the engine. Leave it on for 20 secs, then off. Repeat 3 times, then on the 4th, start it. Should be fine after that My D3 Build Thread

Hi Tunny - the threads are internal. It just screws off as you say. The O rings are for the frying pan device.Disco 4 SE Tech (2015) Corris Grey

Hi Mike,
Would it be possible for me to file the Land Rover Discovery 4 workshop manual?
Thank you

hi Folks
I changed my fuel filter on the D3 and primed the filter by turning the ignition as stated above. How do you do that on a D4 with push button start? ie no key to turn and as far as I know it only has two settings.
Push the button without pushing the brake and the electrics come on.
Push the button with the brake and the engine starts.
Anyone know what to do?
cheers
