Repairing wheel arch

I've got a smallish, approx 10mm, round gouge in the plastic wheel arch with some scrape marks around it. It's only a cosmetic problem but I'd like to sort it. What's the best approach?

I've used this to repair the fan (viscous fan on engine) when I broke a corner of a blade off.

Its fantastic! Very strong, almost invisible repair.
