Squeak from NSR

Ive got a 65 plate Disco 4 thats done 11k, my NSR wheel has just started to squeak now, noticed a few issues with my hand brake releasing and seemingly trying to 'grab' as i drive off. Will this be a sticking hand brake by any chance and is there a way of telling it is before i call the dealers on Monday?

It will be covered under the warranty as well won't it? its only 14 months old

The squeak isn't there all the time, in fact that only started tonight but again wasn't there every time i pulled off.

Well i dont think its the brakes as i initially did as it happened again on my way home tonight. Its only at slow speeds but pressing the brake makes no difference to the noise.

Call to the dealers in the morning is on the cards now

Well I was wrong it is the brakes haha, the rear hand brake is sticking on. All booked in to be repaired, also getting a new seat belt fitted as its slow to retract, a new door card, damaged by the slow to retract seat belt, and a rattle looked at in the roof.
