Anyone else think the xenon are a bit poor, mine are pretty fun in comparison to the rrs my landmark spec 16my has just replaced and the Audi A5. Only thing they seem better than is the van!

May just need to add some later st4's Very Happy

Thumbs Up will have a look into it

was coming back from oban yesterday and thought they just seemed a bit 2nd class compared to the rest of the car (at present, its still new as far as the snagging and faults are concerned)

Where are you Mike? I'm in Manchester / Luddendon Foot.

Not a fan of the later Xenon lights, the MY12 Xenon's were much better.

This. The absence of the additional halogen beam makes a big difference - 3000 fewer lumens to play with (6400 instead of 9400) - so the 2014 lamps are a step backwards in performance. Rolling Eyes

I recommend decent 4300K bulbs - e.g. Osram Original Line. Thumbs Up

I also find the bulbs poor in comparison to my old D3 xenon's. Sorry to be a pain but are these a direct change for the current facelift D4 xenon bulbs?

Are they any different to fit than a normal halogen bulb (fitted plenty of those in my time but never messed with xenons)

if so please could someone supply a link so I get the right ones.

Thanks
