Confused on lightbulb requirement disco 4

Sorry to be a numpty but I'm totally lost as to what bulb(s) I need to buy, can someone please advise based on the attached photo, many thanks

Ukraine 

From memory, H7 in the high beam slots (nearest the grille), D3S in the xenon part. Other bulbs no idea but they're in the manual.

Assuming these are xenons. Whistle

Not as scary as my admission that I hadn't thought to check the manual, as I thought the info would be generic and the light choice could have been options, need to turn my lights on to locate the manual now Razz
