I've not been but have looked at potentially arranging a weekend to the area and going for a play, so keen to know if anyone has been there.

The problem with pay and play sites is that any rain turns them in to mud baths. The guys in lifted Deafeners and the throw-away sheds on wheels just churn it to Censored with Insa Turbo MTs. Anything with non-MT tyres will struggle to do anything meaningful.

It's a bit of a shame really.

I went up to Yarwell with a friend who wanted to try out his Deafener. I followed him around in dry/damp conditions in my RRS quite happily. I look at photos of a wet Yarwell and the same places we went would have been axle deep in slop. No fun on ATs and not much good for the vehicle either I don't suppose.
