multiple questions, (3 - sorry!) from a new used D3 owner.
a) is there a Disco3 forum list of recommended independent specialists anywhere, and/or can anyone recommend any such near Shaftesbury/Yeovil please for servicing & misc suspension works please ?
I've come across Gerald Hallett & Steve (T&S) Norman - the latter seemed good & helpful but pricey when i ran a TD5 - do either have good/iffy reputations amongst members here ?
b) does anyone have a url to any LandRover site where I can input my D3's VIN to find out the full list of options specified when new ?
c) there are no heated seat controls fitted - is there a chance that the supply power wiring &/or heating cables are fitted as standard, but only connected when specified as a sale-extra?

If Taunton is not too far to go then forum member Woody32 is your man. Did an auto box flush for me and a few IID changes (clock on dash / daytime headlights / 3 flash indicators etc) a few weeks back and he's a lovely chap and know's his Discos. Highly recommended by many on here
