Does anyone know what this fluid is?

Is it the same as green French suspension fluid?

Only made by Texaco according to Opie Oils or purchased from the dealer with the LR badge on it for around £20 a litre, need to top mine up, toss up between buying a bottle or losing the D4 for a day.
